Using History As A Thematic Essay Topic
Using History As A Thematic Essay TopicIn many ways, history is the most popularly used thematic essay topic for college students and high school seniors. You will find that even the most difficult subjects in school are only a breeze when you use the history topic for your essay. It will provide your students with ideas about the different forms of government and the people of different countries that have endured through the ages. The theme will also give them a greater understanding of the rich and varied history of the United States.History is much more than simply our history. There are historical events that have caused huge events throughout the past, from civil wars to world wars. These topics are often seen as boring. In fact, some colleges and universities ban them from being part of a thesis. However, it is very common for students to take these subjects and turn them into thematic essay topics. One reason for this to be so common is that history can be an extremely sensiti ve subject. Many people find it difficult to get past the facts and learn about the true meaning of the events that have taken place in the past. In many cases, it can be a challenge to read between the lines and figure out the true meaning of the topic. When you use history as your thematic essay topic, you can avoid this problem. Students will be able to read between the lines, and realize what is really meant by the subject. They will also be able to learn much more about the important topics in the history of the United States. In addition, you can teach them more about the events and people that have led to those events. All of this makes the topic a lot more interesting than just a simple history lesson. The history theme is not only applicable to US history, however. There are many other topics that are important to discuss, such as science, technology, religion, sports, and so on. In fact, many college students choose to focus their essay topics on one of these topics in parti cular. It is great to see the variety that students are able to pick from when it comes to topics that they would like to write about. Some of the students who choose history as their topic have found that their students are more able to write and understand essays after learning more about these topics. The topics can be very difficult to get past, and some students can become quite overwhelmed by the subject. With a history theme, though, it is possible to stop thinking about how difficult it is to get past the facts and learn about the meaning of the topic. It is also possible to give your students a greater understanding of the history of the United States.Of course, there are many other topics that are equally as interesting and worthwhile. You should be able to find one that you can incorporate into your history lesson. Use it, or mix it up, depending on your students' interests.

Prophylactic immunosuppression must be used at the time of transplantation to m inimize any early rejection. And maintenance therapy may be started at the time of transplant without the induction therapy.1, 2 Based on recent reports, acute cellular rejection does occur in patients within the first 6months who substantially were rejected early after transplantation, are likely to reduce in immunosuppression, exposed to inter-current infection, or noncompliance with medication.1 On the other hand, hyperacute rejection demonstrates a significant effect in pediatric heart transplant patients. As this rejection occur graft tissues are protected with the use of a triple-drug immunosuppression regimen. These drugs calcineurin inhibitor, antiproliferative agent, and corticosteroid are used to prevent allograft rejection by suppressing the immune system at multiple different levels.3 However, induction therapy are strategized with anti-T cell antibodies whereby additional rejection prophylasis immediately follow. Strategic Communications
Question: Discuss about the Strategic Communications. Answer: Introduction: According to Herry Dent, the demographic shift is directly related to the economic issues of a country such as economic growth and development, the standard of living of the citizens of a country and market recession along with the massive change of investment in the share market and real estate market. In this analysis, the chosen organization is Telstra which is a well known telecommunication company in Australia. It provides approximately 17.2 million service in mobile sectors, 7.0 million in voice service and 3.4 million in broadband services. It has spread its connections across 22 countries (telstra.com.au. 2016). In this research analysis, the issues of demographic and economic change are discussed on the Telstra organization. Apart from this, with the help of one, three and five-year horizon model, a stakeholder map has prepared related with this issue and a brief summary has provided based on the relationship of the stakeholders with this issue. Discussion: The Issues of Demographic and Economic Shift in Telstra: The political parties of Australia namely Labor and Liberal have been able to control the market recession with their strong management power under last several years. However, the recent study inferred the information that due to the occurrence of a new parliament, Australia had faced a massive recession in the economy in recent years. This economic downturn severely affected the economic conditions of the Telstra organization in the following manner. In the current situation, Telstra has faced a tough situation in their network outage system which would lead to increase the problem for the customers along with the company and economy (Knight 2016). The complexity of communications networks and the issue of frequency are considered to be an alarming issue of Telstra. According to Knight (2016), due to the network coverage problem, the airline industry, banking sectors, Medibank, large outlet store chain and the finance department along with the above-concerned political parties during the time of election has been severely affected by the situation of the economic downturn However, this organization faced a tough competition with the rivals even if it serves a better quality of reliable services. The customers have to pay a large amount of premium during the time of sign up which is a root cause of falling of growth rate in the Australian market. Moreover, the Australian economy is in debt situation which reduces the increased amount of aggregate demand through fall in GDP of the country. Furthermore, it would lead to private borrowing in which the primary motive of RBA is to lower the rate of interest for correcting the budget deficit situation. The current scenario of this depression of Australian market influence to lose a massive number of customers along with the economic issue of networking. In addition, this fact would create a negative impact on the customer base of this company which directly hampers the premium and bonuses of the management team and staffs (rba.gov.au. 2016). The above-stated organization wants to maintain its current premium price of the network services; though, it provides less reliable services to their customers. In this context, due to the migration of network of the national broadband system and other mobile companies such as Vodafone and Optus give a strong competition to the Telstra by providing the less expensive data plans to the customers. Due to this above economic issues of this company, the current economic growth of the organization is near about 6% which is not sufficient for mitigating the current economic situation (Theaustralian.com.au. 2016). In this perspective, the demographic shifts and migration issues of Australia have played a vital role in this organization. The current study of the treasury department of Australian government discloses the information that most of the Australian families have fewer numbers of children along with the falling birth rates (Demographics.treasury.gov.au. 2016). The huge amount of falling birth rates can be corrected by the migration policies. In this perspective, the government would concern about this fact and update the tax structure and security system which is beneficial to the assist families. Moreover, this system maintains a balance between the single and dual income families (Demographics.treasury.gov.au. 2016). On the other hand, in the words of Ludwig, Schelkle and Vogel (2012), the immigration levels help to increase the population aging of a country. The migration system would lead to increase the workforce age people who enhance the growth rate workforce along with skilled and productive labors (Martin 2012). The demographic shift severely affected the business growth of the Telstra as required number of labor is missing for this cause. Due to the poor number of young generation and skilled labors, the foster growth of this company along with creativity and innovative ideas are hampered in this current economic situation (Jenkins et al. 2012). Figure 1: Population Growth of Australia of age group Source: (rba.gov.au. 2016) The above figure showcases the information that the age group between 15 to 54 years is not so much significant in this country which is considered as the main working age group of a country. Figure 2: Proportion of the population 15 years over Source: (rba.gov.au. 2016) From this figure, it can be stated that the proportion of the population in terms of 15 years over in Australia is not so much significant but moderate compare to the other countries. By referring to the above figure, it can be inferred that the fewer numbers of skilled workers and the massive change in demand pattern of this country affected the business growth of Telstra. However, the immigration process helps to increase the foster growth of the company by providing the required number of the workforce (Hanley and Yamamura 2015). Stakeholder Map Based on one, Three and Five-Year Horizon Model: Moreover, Telstra would give priority to those stakeholders whose objectives are effective and ranked them in order to their relevance for pursing more investment in their company. As commented by Martin (2012), this process is beneficial for all the organizations as it helps to increase and improve the quality and quantity of investment amount which is necessary for the potential growth of the company. Figure 3: Stakeholder Map of Telstra Source: (As created by author) Chosen Stakeholder Groups and their Relationship: From the above figure, the associated stakeholders are identified related to the organization Telstra. Now, in this current scenario, the employees and investors are mostly affected by the above-concerned issues. These two groups are major stakeholders of this organization in which a huge amount of investment in incurred by the company. Due to the issues of the demographic shift and economic problem, the employees get a lower amount of bonus and incentives, and the investors receive an insufficient amount of dividend and premium. Thus, both of them are deprived of the potential profit of the company. Conclusion: The above research analysis inferred the fact that in recent year Australia has faced several problems related to the issues of demographic change and economic downturn. In this perspective, the chosen organization Telstra are in problem due to the failure of network coverage properly which is mostly influenced by the demographic change in Australia. Moreover, the stakeholder map is provided related to this organization along with the problems of those groups for this issue. Reference List: Demographics.treasury.gov.au. There are so many bad impacts of addicting social networks. First of all, we will next to our far away people we usually connected to, but we will be far with the people around us. How come? Many people always keep contact to their friends in cyber world by social networking, so they often donââ¬â¢t care with the people around them. That condition absolutely makes others feel uncomfort to talk with that person. So, donââ¬â¢t be surprised if those real friends will stay away from that person. We will write a custom essay sample on The Effects of Addicting to Cyber Social Networks or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page Actually itââ¬â¢s good to keep contact with people who far away with us. However, real friends are more important than cyber friends. Why? Because if we have a problem, real friends will help us directly than cyber friends. So the main point here, we have to priority our real friends first, then our cyber friends. The second is our main activity will be annoyed because of addicting to social networks. I am sure that we often meet someone who cannot live faraway from their gadget just to update his social networks. Donââ¬â¢t you ever think that this habit actually is annoyed his main activity? For example, there is a student in a class. All of us know that his main activity should be related with studying. However, if he is too busy with his social networks, how about his study? I believe that he will not be able to focus on his study because every single breathe he updates his social networks as I said before. That habit will also influence his score, how come? Because if we cannot focus on what we do, of course we will not be able to do it well. We will not be able to give our best on it. The last but not least, addicting to social networks will give bad impact for our body. As we know that if we addict to something, in this case social networks, we will not be able to be separated with our gadgets. Whenever and wherever we go, those gadgets will stick with our hand, and absolutely itââ¬â¢s dangerous for us. Medical research has found that two mobile phones which are calling to each other for some hours can make an egg cooked. From that news, I think we should know how dangerous the radiation of this gadget is. Besides the radiation, too much doing this activity will make us feel lazy to move, we will sit all day long. Sitting for a long time is also not good for our body, we have to do exercise at least 15 minutes per day regularly. As you know, it is really dangerous for us if we cannot use cyber social networks in a good way. Being far away with people around us, annoying our main activity and also causing harm for our health is just some examples of this bad habit. In my opinion, technology is good for us, but we have to use it in a good way too, so we can get the advantages. Sonia Dwi Cahyanti 110221414604/AA

French Conjunction Tant Que Doesnt Need Subjunctive
French Conjunction Tant Que Doesnt Need Subjunctive Tant que is a conjunctive phrase (locution conjonctive) that, unlike many other conjunctive phrases, does not need the subjunctive. It means as / so much as or as long as / while / since, depending on the context. Tant que is a phrase that communicates certainty and intensifies quantity, frequency, degree and the like. Thus, there is really no reason for the subjective subjunctive. Tant que tu es ici, tu peux maider. As long as / Since youre here, you can help me.Jai tant lu que jai mal aux yeux. I read so much that my eyes hurt.Il a tant manger, quil est malade. He ate so much that hes sick.Tant que tu es la, cherche mes lunettes. As long as / since youre here, look for my glasses.Tu peux rester tant que tu veux. You can stay as long as you want. Tant Que vs. Autant Que Do not confuse tant queà with autant que,à another conjunctive phrase that seems similar but is really more about equalizing and comparisons. It, too, is an adaptable and widely used phrase in French that has a number of possible meanings in English: as far as, as / so much as or as long as / while. So while tant que is about intensity, autant que is about balance. Autant que communicates conjecture and doubt, so the verb following it should be in the subjunctive, indicated in bold below: Autant que je me souvienne... As far as I remember...Autant que je vous le dise tout de suite. I may as well tell you right now. Other French Conjunctive Phrases A conjunctive phrase is a group of two or more words that function as a conjunction that links clauses. French conjunctive phrases end in que, and many, but not all, are subordinating conjunctions, rather than coordinating conjunctions, that require a subjunctive verb. One asterisk below indicates those that take the subjunctive. condition que*à à provided thatafin que*à à so thatainsi queà à just as, so asalors queà à while, whereasautant que* as far as / as much as / while mesure queà à as (progressively) moins que**à à unlessaprà ¨s queà à after, when supposer que*à à assuming thatau cas oà ¹Ã à in caseaussità ´t queà à as soon asavant que**à à beforebien que*à à althoughdans lhypothà ¨se oà ¹Ã à in the event thatde crainte que**à à for fear thatde faà §on que*à à in such a way thatde manià ¨re que*à à so thatde mà ªme queà à just asde peur que**à for fear thatdepuis queà à sincede sorte que*à à so that, in such a way thatdà ¨s queà à as soon asen admettant que*à à assuming thaten attendant que*à à while, untilencore que*à à even thoughjusqu ce que*à à untilparce queà à becausependant queà à whilepour que*à à so thatpourvu que*à à provided thatquand bien mà ªmeà à even though/ifquoi que*à à whatever, no matter whatsans que**à à withoutsità ´t queà à as soon assupposà © que*à à supposingtandis queà à while, whereastant queà à à as long asvu queà à seeing as/that *These conjunctions must be followed by theà subjunctive.**These conjunctions require theà subjunctiveà as well as theà ne explà ©tif, a more formal negation that uses ne without pas.
